Organization Registration Page

Thank you for choosing to use Performer Corner as your Gateway to the performing arts. To register your organization with us, we will need the following registration to be completed in full and all documents to reach us at the same time so please check that you have all the required documents at hand for the registration process to be successful.

Due to the nature of this business and for the protection of the artists, all organizations wanting to join the website will be required to complete the following application form and submit the needed documentation for verification of the business and their services/offerings.

Please note that the cost is R850 per year.
An invoice will be sent to you after approval of your registration

Organisation Details

Supporting Documentation

  • Copy of ID
  • Proof of physical address for the company (Utility Bill or Supplier Account)
  • Proof of physical address for each member (Utility Bill)
  • A copy of recent bank statement in name of T/A company or Sole Trader for last 3 months
  • A list of at least 5 current paying customers for reference calls

  • Most recent Certificate of Incorporation (CK Document)
  • Most recent Notice of Registered Office and Postal Address
  • Content of Register of Directors
  • Copy of ID (for all Members of the Company)
  • Proof of physical address for the company (Utility Bill)
  • Proof of physical residential address for each member (Utility Bill)
  • Copy of latest company bank statements for last 3 months.

Payment Options

The cost is R850 per year and is payable via EFT as a once off annual payment.
